আগামী ৫ অক্টোবর যশোরের শেখ হাসিনা সফটওয়্যার টেকনোলজি পার্কে আয়োজন করা হচ্ছে চাকরিমেলা। দিনব্যাপী এ মেলা চলাকালে পার্কের অডিটোরিয়ামগুলোতে চলবে আইটি সংক্রান্ত কর্মশালা, গোলটেবিল বৈঠক।

শনিবার দুপুরে স্থানীয় প্রেসক্লাবে আয়োজিত সংবাদ সম্মেলনে এ তথ্য জানান পার্কের প্রকল্প পরিচালক জাহাঙ্গীর আলম। তিনি বলেন, ‘৫ অক্টোবরের চাকরি মেলায় ঢাকার প্রায় ৪০টি আইটি প্রতিষ্ঠান অংশ নেবে। এছাড়া খুলনা বিভাগের বিভিন্ন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, কলেজ এবং টেকনিক্যাল কলেজগুলোর কয়েক হাজার শিক্ষার্থীও আসবেন।’
জাহাঙ্গীর আলম বলেন, ‘এই পার্কে যে সব সফটওয়্যার নির্মাতা প্রতিষ্ঠান জায়গা পাবে, তাদের কাজের জন্য প্রচুর আইটি প্রফেশনাল প্রয়োজন হবে। এসব আইটি প্রফেশনালের বেশিরভাগই হবে যশোর অঞ্চলের। এখানে প্রায় পাঁচ হাজার লোকের কর্মসংস্থান হবে।

Straight Cable
